The room size was very big and spacious. Plenty of room for 2 large suitcases. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The amenities are amazing. I loved the selection of complementary teas and minibar provided! I also loved that they have a microwave in the room too so I could have a quick dinner after a long day exploring Taipei. The bathroom was fantastic and the shower was the best shower I've used. The breakfast was very good too with a good selection of hot and cold food, bread and pastries, teas and coffees, fruit and yoghurt. The staff during breakfast were amazing and very accommodating considering my partner has a peanut allergy so they could check and explain which foods to avoid. The hotel is also in a good location being very close to the MRT.

The first impression upon entering the lobby was not exactly the best one as the decor was dark coloured and lights very dim. It felt a bit gloomy. But it turned out to be a very nice stay. It is located near the mrt station where the green and brown lines intersect. It's easy access to many of the touristy sights.Lots of eateries and convenience stores near it. The staff was helpful. Bed very comfortable. There is also a microwave oven in the room. Only 2 issues: lighting in the room is very dim and the remote control to the motorised curtains only worked intermittently. But still I liked the hotel and will likely stay there again when I go to Taipei

The hotel is close to the subway station, which makes traveling around the city and the surrounding area easier without a car or motor bike. The room we stay in has a washer/dryer, which is a plus for the two of us as we like to travel light on long trips. Staff is awesome and helpful. I have left my camera charger after checking out. The staff notified me right away via email, but I was already on a plane out of the country. The staff is helping with arrangements to ship the charger back to my home. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I ever travel back to this city.

The rooms were good size, large bathrooms, very comfortable mattresses (and don't get me started on smart toilet :) ). The staff was very attentive and accommodating, can't complain about anything. We didn't choose to have breakfast included as we ate on the go and the food is really cheap in Taipei. Overall, for AUD200 per night per room, the hotel was excellent.

Rooms are comfortable, not huge but decent. There is tea and coffee and some cookies for the clients in the breakfast are for free which is nice. The cleaning team work very hard to keep the place clean and comfortable. I had a good experience. I recommend booking in advance to be able to get better deals.
